Access to the LEVOX Scan application is granted exclusively to organisations that have signed a service contract with LEVOX, and to the specific users authorised by those organisations.
The website allows any visitor to access general information about LEVOX and to submit professional enquiries through the contact form. The website does not offer open registration to the LEVOX Scan application.

The diagnostic information provided through LEVOX Services is generated from data extracted from the vehicle's onboard Battery Management System (BMS) and processed through LEVOX's proprietary analytical algorithms and statistical models. The accuracy of the results depends on the quality and integrity of the data provided by the vehicle's electronics at the time of the diagnostic.
The reports issued by LEVOX are intended for informational and professional purposes only. They do not provide forecasts about the future lifespan or condition of the battery, and do not include a mechanical or electrical safety inspection of the battery or the vehicle.
LEVOX provides its Services with an obligation of means and not of result. LEVOX does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided by the vehicle's manufacturer through the BMS, nor for any commercial, operational, or technical decisions made by the user based on the reports.
The specific terms of economic liability, warranty, and indemnification applicable to professional B2B clients are governed by the individual service agreements signed between LEVOX and each client organisation.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Services — including, without limitation, the LEVOX software, the LEVOX Scan application, the LEVOX diagnostic kit, the reports, source code, databases, designs, text, images, logos, trademarks, and any other content — are the property of MOURA TECH SL or have been duly licensed to it, and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
The user is granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the underlying service contract, where applicable. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.
