LEVOX provides battery diagnostic services for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, designed for professional B2B use. LEVOX collects personal data via its official website (www.levox.ai) and its mobile application LEVOX Scan (collectively referred to as the "Services").

LEVOX Services are designed for professional B2B users within the automotive sector. LEVOX does not target individual consumers as primary users. LEVOX does not offer open registration to its application. Individual consumers may only interact with LEVOX through the contact form available on our website.

B. Information collected from authorised users of the LEVOX Scan app

Access to LEVOX Scan is granted only after a service contract is signed between LEVOX and the client organisation. Once access is enabled, the authorised user provides:

Professional email address
Role within the organisation

These data are provided either directly by the user upon first access or by the client organisation that contracts the service on behalf of its employees.

C. Information processed during the use of LEVOX Scan

When an authorised user performs a battery diagnostic with LEVOX Scan, the following information is processed by the Service:

Vehicle information (entered or scanned by the user):

Vehicle make, model, version
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) — used to identify the vehicle and associate the diagnostic results correctly
Mileage at the time of the diagnostic

Battery diagnostic data (extracted from the vehicle's Battery Management System via OBD):

State of Health (SoH) reading from the vehicle's BMS
Battery capacity indicators
Cell voltage readings (when supported by the model)
Temperature readings (when supported)

These data are extracted directly from the vehicle's onboard Battery Management System (BMS) at the moment the diagnostic is performed. LEVOX does not collect real-time telemetry, navigation data, or location tracking. LEVOX acts as a data processor with respect to this information, processing it on behalf of the client organisation that has contracted the Service. The client organisation remains the data controller for these data, and the relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement signed between LEVOX and the client.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Service provision: enabling battery diagnostic services, generating reports, and maintaining access to the LEVOX Scan application
Customer support: responding to enquiries, providing technical assistance, and processing service requests
Service improvement: anonymised analysis to improve model coverage, diagnostic accuracy, and product functionality
Commercial communications: sending information about LEVOX products and services, only when prior consent has been given
Billing and administration: invoice generation, payment processing, and accounting compliance
Legal compliance: meeting tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

Performance of a contract: when LEVOX provides Services to the client organisation that contracts them

Account information of authorised users: while the account is active + 12 months after deactivation
Battery diagnostic reports: 5 years (allows historical review and customer access)
Billing and invoicing data: 6 years (Spanish accounting and tax law obligation)
Commercial contact data submitted through the website: 3 years from last interaction
Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn
Website analytical data: 14 months

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
